Phenomenal world of a leader!

There is a higher world, independent of the world we may experience through our senses. Because the senses may deceive us, it is necessary that this higher world exist, a world of Ideas or Forms - of what is unchanging, absolute and universal. In other words, although there may be something from the phenomenal world which we consider beautiful or good or just.There is a higher unchanging reality of the beautiful, goodness or justice. 


To live in accordance with these universal standards is the good life -- to grasp the Forms is to grasp ultimate truth."Thought flows in terms of stories -- stories about events, stories about people, and stories about intentions and achievements. The best teachers are the best storytellers. We learn in the form of stories. There is no greater impediment to the advancement of knowledge through the ambiguity of words.As a question mark is itself an ambiguity. And life is ambiguous...

Leadership and Ambiguity might strike you as on odd theme.Displaying a tolerance for ambiguity is a critical skill for leaders today.People aren't all born with the ability to lead.We feel every single individual is a leader in himself / herself.Many leaders usually deal with ambiguity by denial or creating their own certainty.Many leaders try to disambiguate uncertainty and try and build teams around them.By building friendship circle around.Many leaders use ambiguity to find opportunity. They tend to be inveterate learners and innovators.

Maybe it will sound a little harsh or cruel.But the core truth of leadership is - to win.And to win you have to beat the other guy.It is a reality of life that we are competitive and the most competitive games draw the most competitive individuals. The best moment of our life is when we have worked our heart out in a good cause and lie exhausted on the field of battle - victorious.That’s why every one us are there - to compete.

And we all know that it takes a lot of heart and mind to do  the stuff teachers do. They have to be okay inside because who they are is what they give.Because we are all learners, doers, and   teachers.And Fantasies occur simply because it is intellectually possible to conceive of them cherish here.Every one learns something or other from one another. A train of fantasies occur simply because it is intellectually possible to conceive of them. Very ambiguous it may seem to many.Becoming a leader is like investing in a stock market.If we try to make a fortune in a day we wont succeed.I suppose we could generalize and say what the certain famous wars taught that the actions of men and women determine their own destiny and leadership.

Inner leadership or self-leadership is as important if not more important than possessing leadership skills.To be an effective consultative leader, one must create a culture of speaking up in your team. If our strongest leadership traits is directive, then the change would not be immediate.Another reason for me to choose the consultative leadership style is because this leader is moreover humble enough to listen and consider all views before coming to a final decision. Despite having the complete authority to make a final decision, he chooses to listen to the team because he knows that he does not know everything.He is the perfect teacher.

One have got to be smart to be number one in any business.The object is to win fairly, squarely, by the rules, but to win.A good objective of a true leader and his leadership is to help those who are doing poorly to do well ...
